Release Notes - Feb 11, 2026
Hey friends,
We’ve just shipped a new round of Ellavator Ai updates! Here’s a quick look at what’s new.
New Features
Exciting New Features
Org vs Personal Project Scopes
You can now choose whether a project is Organization or Personal scoped when you create or edit it. Org projects are built for shared, governed work across your team; Personal projects act as your private sandbox for experiments and in-progress ideas. Existing projects have been auto-aligned based on their workspace type, and you can change the scope later without recreating anything or losing access. This makes it much easier to separate “team work” from “my work” while keeping everything inside Ella.
Favorites Tab for Your Go‑To Playbooks
You can now star any playbook and instantly find it in a new Favorites tab in the Playbooks drawer. Favorited playbooks still live in their original Edition or section, but they’re also grouped in Favorites, so you don’t have to dig through multiple tabs to find the plays you actually run every week. Favorites are specific to each user and persist across sessions, giving you a personal shortlist of high‑leverage playbooks you can jump into in seconds.
Edit Uploaded Custom Play Files
When you upload a supported file to a Custom Play, Ella now converts it into an editable document. From the Play’s file list, you’ll see a new Edit action next to eligible files; click it to revise the content directly and save updates back into the Play. The editable version stays scoped to that Play, respects existing permissions, and keeps the original upload as a reference. This means you can refine real working assets in place, without juggling versions across external tools.
If there’s a place in your workflow where Ella still feels heavier than it should, tell us. Our job is to keep sharpening the system so you can protect and multiply what makes your work unmistakable.
