How do I use a Playbook?

00:00: This demo showcases how to effectively use Playbooks within Ellavator Ai to enhance your workflows.

00:07: You'll see how playbooks streamline messaging and improve engagement with minimal effort.

00:12: Click the Playbook library to access available playbooks for your campaigns.

00:17: Click here to view. Detailed information about the selected Playbook.

00:23: Click Run Playbook to initiate the playbook and start automating your steps.

00:28: Choose the project where you want to save your work, then click 'ok' to continue.

00:33: Click the message input area labeled type your message, to Ella, to prepare your communication.

00:39: Type your message to Ellavator Ai

00:42: Click 'Send' or hit enter to collaborate in the step you are in. Click 'Send & Next Step' to send a message and move forward to the next step. Click 'Next Step' if you have nothing else to send and would like to move forward.

00:56: The final step in a 'play' creates a document, which you can edit directly within the application.

01:03: Alternatively, collaborate with Ella to produce a new final version of your document. Click the arrow to rewrite your document, replacing the current version with the latest message.

01:15: To save your changes, click 'Update Document'

01:18: You can find your created document attached to the paperclip icon within the Playbook menu.

01:24: Click the three dots to access your document management options.

01:28: To replay a specific play and create documents, click the replay button. In playbooks with multiple plays, navigate to your desired starting point by selecting the play button on an unstarted play. You can also jump around and use replay to choose which plays to revisit.

01:45: While working with Ella, click the plus icon to upload a file or crawl a website.

01:51: You can also attach and document items that were previously uploaded or created with Ella in your workspace.

01:59: You can close out a playbook by clicking 'finish' at the very end, or if you'd like to close it when you're in the middle, this button will say 'Cancel'

02:07: To exit a playbook while keeping it accessible for later, click 'pause' or simply close it.

02:13: The conversation, along with the uploaded files and documents you've created as part of your saved work, will be organized within the project you selected initially.
