How do I update my Brand Bot Ella-ments?

00:00: This demo illustrates how to update your brand bot on the Ellavator Ai platform, which can be accomplished in three primary ways.

00:08: Click "Brand Bot Ella-ments" to open the specific brand bot you want to update.

00:14: The first way to update your brand bot Ella-ments is to click "Edit/View" from the three-dot menu on the Ella-ment file you wish to modify. This action will take you to the editing interface.

00:25: In this document view you can in-line edit the document.

00:29: After completing the inline editing, save your document by selecting "Save as Draft" or "Finalize," depending on your intended status.

00:38: As you make changes and save your document, you can view your change history in the top right corner. Remember, the "finalized version" is the active version currently being used in your Brand Bot.

00:50: The second method is to select "Refine with Ella" from this same document edit view.

00:56: You can now view the conversation that generated this Ella-ment on the left, alongside the Ella-ment document on the right.

01:04: In this view, you can continue to use inline editing, enabling you to make personal adjustments or extract portions of your conversation with Ella to copy and paste into your document where needed.

01:16: Collaborate with Ella on new sections of the document then copy and paste content using inline editing. Alternatively, have her create entirely new drafts and replace the document on the right with her most recent response by clicking the "rewrite document" arrow.

01:35: The third method is to open the Playbook for the specific category of Ella-ment you wish to update (Company, Customer, or Brand) and replay that Ella-ment's play. This will provide guidance from the playbook to support your update.

01:49: Hit the "replay" icon for the ella-ment you with to update using the playbook guided experience. At the end of that play a new Ella-ment document will be produced. That will be the newest version of that ella-ment.

02:01: The Ella-ment playbooks are designed to enable you to replay ella-ments at your convenience. When a new version is created, you will not see two entirely separate Ella-ment documents. Instead, the latest version will be marked as 'Finalized' in version control, while the prior ella-ment version will be saved as a draft.
