00:00: Sharing your workspaces, projects, uploaded files, and saved work within your organization is straightforward and efficient. This guide highlights how you can apply specific permissions to users to control access and collaborate effectively while sharing.
00:16: Sharing in sideline has never been easier.
00:19: You can share any of your workspace conversations, uploaded files, and saved work at any time. This includes both saved work within the workspaces and the workspaces themselves, which can be shared with any user in your organization.
00:33: To do this, simply click on any of the three dots menu's. From there, select "Share," which will open a modal enabling you to share the the content you've sele.
00:43: All members of your organization will be automatically included on this list. You can also add new email addresses for other Ellavator Ai users to share with them.
00:52: You can view who has direct access to what you shared, as well as those with indirect access based on users within your organization with whom you can share with. There are four user levels: viewers, editors, managers, and full admins. Viewers can only view content, while editors can make changes. Managers oversee workspaces, projects, and related content. Lastly, full admin control allows you to share what you received with others.
