How Do I Rename an Organization or Sub-Organization in Ellavator Ai?

Admins can rename an Organization or Sub-Organization directly from the UI:
- Open the organization switcher
- Click the ellipsis (⋯) next to the Organization or Sub-Org
- Select Rename
- Enter the new name and save
The updated name is applied immediately across the app.
