00:00: This tutorial guides you through creating, and managing workspaces. Effectively, you will learn how to access workspace options and set up a new workspace, tailored to your needs.
00:10: Creating and managing workspaces are easy. Select the workspace drop down here at the top header, next to your company name.
00:17: If you have any workspaces on the list, they would be listed below. You can also pin workspaces to the top of the list. These are the workspaces you use the most. You can also share them with other users and archive them if they are no longer needed. You can search by name and also filter the list.
00:34: Creating a new workspace is simple.
00:41: Click create new workspace.
00:47: Name your workspace.
00:49: Decide whether this is a workspace for your organization or if it's just for you. Only admins can create workspaces for organizations. You'll see Start building my Brand Bot is the default setting.
01:01: If you had another Brand Bot created in another workspace, you can connect it here, and be able to use that brand bot across multiple workspaces.
01:09: If you have purchased a partner edition other than the standard Ellavator AI version, you will be able to select that to use in the workspace.
01:17: Select Create Workspace when you are done.
01:19: You now know how to successfully create and manage your workspaces.
