How can I connect my older Brand Bots to my workspaces?

00:00: This guide explains how legacy users can connect their migrated workspaces to a Brand Bot if they have a pre-existing one. If you choose not to connect a Brand Bot, you can also build your own for that workspace.

00:13: All of your workspaces from Ella 1.0 have been moved here to this menu. Select a workspace from the drop down menu in the header. Select one of your existing workspaces.

00:23: Your workspace will be displayed in the left hand menu after making your selection.

00:29: Select the arrow beside your workspace's name. Then, select the 3 dot menu on the top right of the workspace Details panel.

00:37: The edit workspace modal will open. Select your Brand Bot from the menu.

00:44: You can also rename your workspace and select whether you want it to be available for your whole organization or to keep it private. All migrated workspaces have been defaulted to be personal.

00:55: Just select which one you want. You can also change the name. Then, save the changes.

01:01: That brand bot is connected and locked. If you made a mistake, you can go back in an change it again.
