00:37: If you wanted to make a custom prompt of your own, you could do that by simply clicking add prompt over here and you could make it to where it's your personal prompt, a prompt for your organization or prompt within your brand bot.
00:48: If you want to use one of these prompts, you simply just click on one and then it loads over here inside the chat, you hit send and then you're done.
