How do I edit and finalize documents in Ellavator Ai?

00:00: This tutorial guides you through editing documents in Elevator AI. You will learn how to update content, collaborate for refinements, and finalize document versions efficiently.

00:11: To edit a document inside elevator ai go to any of your saved work, click on view and edit to open the document drawer where you can edit in line with the document.

00:24: Enter your document content or text to update the document with new information or changes.

00:30: Select finalize and the document will update and create a new version.

00:35: It will take a few seconds for the document to finalize. A new version of the document, which you'll see here in the top right hand corner, will now be the latest one with your past ones in draft. You can load a draft version and revert at any time.

00:48: Now you see we have version 2 in the drop down.

00:51: You can see here version 1 is back into draft, version 2 is the finalized version. Now, let's say I wanted to also chat with Ella about this document and refine it with her. If I click on refine with Ella, the conversation module will open so you can refine the document.

01:07: Select the message input field to type your message to Ella.

01:11: I'm going to tell her to Give me a new post caption.

01:19: Once I do that, and hit send, she's going to grab this information from the document, and rewrite it in the conversation window giving me a new caption.

01:32: Now that she's done that and given me my new document in the window, I can click the button "rewrite document", which then moves the response over to the document editor on the right.

01:42: Now that I have my new document, I can finalize it and creates a new version for it.
